Regal Toys Chewbacca Stuffed Toy Canada – Complete
A rare find! The vintage Regal Toys Chewbacca is similar to the Kenner plush version, but there are some key differences. The Regal Chewbacca is much rarer than its’ US counterpart. Released in 1978, other differences between the two stuffed Chewies include:
- Regal Chewie is about an inch taller and has a larger head
- Kenner Chewbacca has a Kenner tag on the back of the neck. The Regal version has a more generic white tag located on the side hip (tag has been removed on this one)
- Construction of the Regal Chewbaccas is of a little lower quality
This Regal Toys stuffed Chewbacca is in excellent condition with no matted fur or funky smells. Includes bandolier and canisters.Â
